Sean Thomas and George Treves started out by flogging their “Boys from the White Stuff” sweatshirts in the mountains of France back in 1985 (the white stuff was the snow). Their love for skiing saw mountain wear feature large in the original collections.

Over the years a growing interest in fashion has seen the brand develop into the “Lovely clothes for lovely people that it is today”. There are now 40 White Stuff stores in the UK (and counting) and over 100 wholesale accounts. In Ireland the brand also has a big following. Since it’s introduction into the market in 2005 it has secured some great accounts ranging from surf accounts like Tribe and 53 Degrees North in Dublin to department stores like Moores of Colraine to fashion boutiques like Cyan, Taelane, Gooseberry.
